Environment

The park extends to 14 acres and lies within an area of outstanding natural beauty close to the coast of the Menai Strait. Trees and wild flowers are in abundance and provide an ideal habitat for wildlife. Much of the park lies undeveloped and is set aside as wildlife refuges.

Working with nature . . .

We aim to work with nature and to minimise our impact on the environment.

We have re-cycling facilities for glass, metal and cans, newspapers and magazines, cardboard.

Hedgerows are cut only once a year and field borders are left to develop their cycle of growth. For those interested in nature, we have recorded 65 species of birds, 85 wild flowers and 15 species of butterfly.
